Booking Policy

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings as needed, and we will do our best to provide notice if any changes occur.
 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may impact your ability to book with us in the future.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute changes may result in refusal of future appointments.
 

Client Responsibility

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before their appointment. We are not liable for any reactions or complications that occur due to undisclosed information.

Liability

While we take great care with every service, 2 Blondes and a Wand is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, injuries, or other complications that may occur during or after your appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time. This may include situations involving inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or ongoing scheduling issues.

Payment

All services must be paid for in full at the time of the appointment, unless agreed otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and materials related to 2 Blondes and a Wand are our intellectual property. These may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated through official channels.
